Daskalakis Jewellery: +42% sales every year

How a complete strategy — SEO, conversion optimisation, Meta Ads, eShop automations and lightning-fast VPS hosting — turned an "online showcase" into a sales channel that grows steadily, year after year.

Background

Daskalakis Jewellery is an established jewellery brand with a physical presence and a loyal customer base. Like many retail businesses, they wanted to transfer that trust to the online channel. Jewellery, however, is a product with high emotional value: customers need to see the detail, feel reassured, and trust before they buy — and that's exactly what we needed to achieve online.

The challenge

When we analysed the initial situation, we identified three key obstacles. First, the eShop was slow and the purchase process had unnecessary steps — every extra second of delay and every additional click cost sales.

Second, the social media presence was inconsistent: beautiful product photos, but no strategy to move people from "I like it" to "I'm buying it." Third, and perhaps most importantly, the ads were running without reliable tracking — there was no clear picture of ROAS, making it impossible to know which campaign and which audience was performing.

In short: there was a good product and traffic, but every stage of the funnel was leaking — from the first visit all the way to checkout.

Website speed optimisation: speedometer in the fast zone, lightning bolt and a quickly filling loading bar

Our strategy

Our approach started from the end: what do we want to measure. We first set up proper tracking (Pixel + Conversion API with clean purchase events) so that every subsequent decision would be based on data, not assumptions.

We then clearly defined the funnel: content that builds desire → eShop that converts → remarketing that closes the sale. We worked on three fronts simultaneously:

  • eShop: speed, clean checkout, and trust signals (reviews, guarantees, secure payments).
  • Social: a monthly plan that showcases products through storytelling, not just photos.
  • Ads: a prospecting + remarketing structure, with the products themselves "following" the prospect to purchase.
Social media ads: a sponsored post in a phone feed, precise audience targeting and engagement

The implementation

We worked on product, content, and advertising simultaneously — as a single system.

The results

The first clear sign came quickly: within six months, online sales increased by 58%, with ROAS stabilising around 3.2x. What matters most, though, is durability: since we took over the eShop, sales have been growing by roughly 42% every year — steady, repeatable growth built on SEO, proper measurement, automations and infrastructure that never goes down.

Cost per order dropped by 22%, as the improved checkout and remarketing "captured" customers who were previously lost. Traffic doubled — and it wasn't just more traffic, it was better traffic, an audience with purchase intent.

Beyond the numbers, something qualitative changed as well: the business gained a clear view of what's working, so every subsequent euro is now invested with confidence.

What we learned

The key lesson from this project: a great product and traffic aren't enough if the funnel is leaking. When you fix the tracking, the buying experience, and the content flow as a single system — rather than separate pieces — results come and, crucially, they last.

"We saw a real difference in our online sales. The most important thing is that we now know exactly what's working and why."— Daskalakis Jewellery
