Pigi Publications and iwrite.gr form an active publishing group with a rich catalogue, partner authors and constant digital activity. A publishing organisation doesn't have one website — it has many: the group's own sites, its clients' and authors' sites, and a huge volume of digital material that can never be lost.

The challenge

Many websites, different needs, one common denominator: everything had to run fast, stay constantly available and — most critically for a publisher — be protected by multiple backup layers. One lost file can mean months of lost work, or entire book projects.

Off-the-shelf hosting packages couldn't cover these needs. A custom approach was required.
