You agree to use the website lawfully and not to engage in any activity that damages it, overloads it or infringes the rights of third parties.

The content of the website (text, graphics, logos, code, design) belongs to Qbrains or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
5. Services, Offers & Pricing
Service descriptions and any indicative prices on the website do not constitute a binding offer. Each engagement is governed by a separate, customised proposal/contract.
6. Purchases of Digital Products (guides, books, eBooks)
The guides, books and eBooks you buy online at qbrains.gr are digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Access opens immediately after payment through a personal link sent to your email, and from that moment the content can be read, copied, saved or printed.
For this reason, under Article 3i(13) of Greek Law 2251/1994 (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to these purchases and no refunds are given. By completing the purchase you accept these terms, request immediate access to the content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. A confirmation is included in the access email you receive.
This exception does not affect your rights if the content does not match its description or the link does not work. In that case, write to us at [email protected].
7. Limitation of Liability
The website is provided "as is". We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the content, however we do not guarantee that it will always be complete, up-to-date or continuously available. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
