Makenzy: 6-figure eShop revenue, every year
Since we took over the Makenzy eShop, it consistently exceeds €200,000 in sales every year. How: SEO, conversion optimisation, Meta & Google Ads, eShop automations and lightning-fast infrastructure — all from one team.
Background
Makenzy is a women's fashion brand with a distinct aesthetic and a great product. In fashion, however, social media isn't just a "promotion channel" — it is the storefront itself, the place where desire and the relationship with the audience are built. That's exactly where the biggest opportunity lay.
The challenge
The brand had a great product but an inconsistent social media presence. Posts were sporadic, without a consistent look or a clear voice — resulting in low interaction and slow audience growth.
Moreover, the content wasn't "leading" anywhere: beautiful images, but no strategy to convert followers into eShop visitors and, ultimately, customers.
Our strategy
We started by defining a consistent visual identity and a clear tone of voice, so that every post "feels like" Makenzy. From there, we built a monthly plan balancing inspiration, product, and community.
We leaned into reels — the format with the greatest organic reach — and boosted standout posts with targeted campaigns, so that great content reaches even more of the right audience.
- Identity: consistent look & voice across all channels.
- Reels & carousels: content that stops the scroll and builds desire.
- Community: fast responses, stories & interaction that build relationships.
- Paid boost: amplification of top content for reach & eShop visits.
The implementation
We treated content and community as a single growth system.
Strategy & identity
Clear look, colours, and voice that stand out in the feed.
Reels-first content
Focus on the format with the greatest organic reach.
Carousels & stories
Storytelling that highlights collections and products.
Community management
Active engagement that builds a loyal audience.

The results
The number that matters most: since we took over the eShop, Makenzy generates 6-figure revenue every year — consistently above €200,000. Not one good season, but repeatable results built on SEO, proper measurement, targeted advertising and infrastructure that never stops.
On social, engagement increased by 120% and the audience grew by 85%, with reach tripling — an active community that comments, shares and, above all, buys.
What we learned
In fashion, consistency wins. When a brand finds its voice and content is designed with purpose (not randomly), social media stops being an expense and becomes a growth channel.
On desktop & mobile
As visitors see it — on every device.
